Sally Hazel is a character belonging to Roflfox

Sally is a hybrid species, part goat, part dog (Cocker Spaniel to be exact) and is 6' tall.

Part of her overall design was inspired by Toriel from Undertale, and she was originally designed by pinkkatfox.

Sally is canonically intersex (breasts + penis), however she is sometimes depicted as female.
