Spiky-eared Pichu (Japanese: ギザみみピチュー Gizamimi Pichu) is a special female Pichu. Her form is different from the one of an ordinary Pichu, as she has three spikes at the tip of her left ear, hence her name. She is a main character in the 12th film, Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life, and also appears as an untradable, exclusive event Pokémon in HeartGold and SoulSilver.

While canonically female, pictures of Spiky-eared Pichu should not automatically be tagged as such in situations where ambiguous_gender would normally apply.
