A priest is a person who follows a god, or goddess, or other deity. In Christianity, a priest is the one who stands in front of the church and speaks to a congregation about God. However, in fantasy settings, the power of a priest can become more 'real' and tangible, and they may be a holy spellcaster who can mend wounds and smite evil.

Priests often wear some form of religious clothing, such as priest robes.
