Setting up a situation in which someone is forced to chose between one of two positions while partially bound. Each of the positions typically cause discomfort in some form and thus causes the one bound to shift back and forth between the two positions, often pleasuring themselves until they become exhausted and pass out or they're released.

Predicament bondage may also go to the extreme of one having to choose between holding the position or else facing a situation ending in mutilation or death.
