Midna (True Form) refers to Midna's human-like Twili form that she regains at the end of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. This form more resembles that of Zant, with Midna gaining significant height as well as having pale blue skin and a royal garb that signifies her true status as the princess of the Twilight Realm.

After Link defeats Ganondorf in the finale of Twilight Princess, the Light Spirits resurrect Midna and restore her to this form. When she is first restored, Link cannot help but stare at her, prompting Midna to comically say, "What? Say something! Am I so beautiful that you've no words left?"
