handpaw
A distinctly non-humanoid hand that resembles a paw. It may or may not contain a stubby digit that functions as a thumb.
Even though these appendages resemble paws, these do not function as, and often do not look like feet.

Editor's notes
The possibility of forepaws counting as a type of handpaw has been brought up in a discussion, but no official decision on the matter has happened yet. At the moment a forepaw is a different concept than handpaw.
