Character: nameless character
This tag is used when there are enough visual qualities to the character(s) prominent to not warrant the anon/anthro_anon tag, but otherwise don't have any real identities to them.
Not to be confused with unknown_character, where the character(s) in question have both a definitive design and identity, but are otherwise unknown to the uploader/editor.
Note: A nameless character should be from no specific canon and only be featured in one image (not counting alternate versions). Otherwise, use unnamed_character instead.
Not to be confused with...
- anon — A character who is meant to be a featureless, generic stand-in.
- anthro_anon — As anon, except the generic stand-in more resembles a furry/scalie character.
- anonymous_character — A character who's supposed to be unknown.
- unknown_character — A character whose name is not known to the uploader of the post, rather than the character intentionally not having a name.
- unnamed_character — A character that's either from a specific media canon, or featured in multiple images.
