An image, most often a photo, with humorous text superimposed. Lolcats and many memes employ the image macro. Text is usually written in white-on-black Impact font.

Note: Actual image macros (text slapped on existing image) are not approved. Do not try to upload them. Art that is drawn to resemble image macros is still fine to upload.
