👋 A character raising an open hand, with their palm facing out towards another, typically while also moving that hand side to side as a gesture of greeting or acknowledgement - it can also be done to say goodbye, or to get someone's attention. Waving should only be tagged if the gesture is clearly intended and appears to be a wave, rather than simply a raised hand.
