Happy New Year, folks! It's been a while, I know, but Axlwisp is officially Baxlwisp (and I apologize if that portmanteau just made you yaxlwisp!) And I haven't been idle these last few months either! First and foremost, I've been practicing with a new tablet for the past few months! Granted, it's a different setup from what I'm used to, meaning I haven't been able to draw nearly as frequently, but I nevertheless have some new art to share! Namely, a few commissions I took from close friends to motivate me to keep practicing with the new hardware.
To start, here's the first part of a stuffing/wg sequence involving joeman87766's Rigel and a bunnygirl of mine you may perhaps recognize... but with a twist! This is a slightly older Jackie Burnett (age 25 to be exact) who has graduated from Dystopolis U and now fronts a punk rock band while also working part time in retail. As you can imagine, one of these occupations tends to be pretty cacophonous, wild, and headache-inducing. The other is the punk rock band. Jackie's gained some maturity from her time in the workforce, but she's lost none of her spirit or her appetite! Stay tuned for an example.
Thank you to Joeman for commissioning this sequence and for being ok with me trying out this more mature take on Jackie! I enjoyed updating her design in areas while still trying to remain true to what makes her appealing as a character (I mean aside from the obvious.) Hope you like the result!
