2) Yes the Catgirl walking off screen is a sufferer of Cat-Scratch. :) (The town had an epidemic of them six months ago including a prominent lawyer so people tend to leave them be.)
3) Yes he is still stalking Alexa, probably more likely going to agitate some of those already unnerved by her looks.
4) Yes the Mannequin was/is indeed someone before ending up plastic. See my first mannequin pic. (put together with a wig)
