Greenhouse care
A commission from last year I hadn't posted yet, painted for Mango - his character Aelph tending to his greenhouse. I like drawing/painting specific, recognizable plants whenever possible rather than generic or fantasy plants, even though it's a lot more work because specific plants aren't any less difficult to draw than animals. I have a personal attachment to the plants of my childhood home such as basil, strawberries, grapevines and pine trees, which is why I pick them so often when they make sense for the scene.
