The two snake women went out on their "date" with the humans who wanted them and gladly managed play their roles perfectly until it's finally time to ask the question to address their humans feel about this contradiction once and for all.

Vicky as Elliana from Rivals of Aether, had to pretend that her machine had malfunction and somehow brought her into her human's world. Of course, Vicky isn't really that much of a tech wiz and has to solely rely on the imagination and soul of her human to keep up the ruse that she's Elliana, something that most Succubi had to do in their usual line of work of getting humans to commit the Sin of Lust. She was able to have a good time with her human bringing her the parts that she "supposed to need" and vice versa with her human. He may have become a little suspicious of Vicky not showing she can actually do machine stuff, but it was too late to confirm them by the time for her to pop the big question about how he really sees the character. What is Elliana to this human?

Elise as Master Viper kinda had a weird time with her human, as she actually did went out on "date" with him but she had to pretend to be a normal snake when they're not in the man secluded spots that the human had "planned" for Master Viper's visit. The story that Elise had to play by is that she was somehow sent to her human's world by some sort of magical chi thing and needed to be nursed back to health. Elise managed to convince him to go to the all the places he wanted Master Viper to feel, but she doesn't like the fact that she had to pretend to be a normal snake around other humans and actually hide who she was.
She ended up wishing she could use Meri's magic spells to help with that, but the guy's fantasy about Viper is somehow trying to help her hide around the world somehow and be in awe of the places he wanted the character to see. The only thing she could use the spell for is to hide her eyes from the other humans, but it didn't stop the awkward stares that she gets form having the flower accessories on her head. At least the guy was pleasant to talk to. This is why she phrased the question the way she did before asking him how he really felt about Master Viper.

I would say that there is no right answer, but since this is my story I guess there kinda is so... Yes, I do think it's a little weird for you to want to go out with them if you're a human and not an anthro from their world. The answer that Vicky and Elise were looking for was "No." so they can turn into anthro forms of their bodies and properly make out with the human. But if they say, "Yes" but still wish to go out with them if they weren't feral, then the humans have passed the test, somewhat to go out with them in their anthro form for real.

However, if they say "Yes, but you are worth it/screw it," or was lying when they said "No." Then they have failed and must go through Leader's Hunt and survive the game to earn their freedom. Leader is hired to make sure those humans' Lust won't interfere with the Succubi's MO and had the humans earned the snakes' anthro forms then the mission is complete. This way, the other Succubi won't have to worry about them anymore as the focus of their Lust will only be directed at the Succubus who had successfully "claimed" the human, which is usually a way for most Succubi to not interfere with each other.

Back to business, but if the humans had failed in their test, they will go through the usual motions of Leader's Hunt and, depending on Vicky and Elise, earn the right to date them again or get another Succubus to fill that dream girl role for them. But again, that really depends on the two snake Succubi if they're really up for it. Not to mention, Leader really loves to rub a human's/Furry's (potential) failure in their face that she was right about them that they "LOVE" animals as much as she does after denying that "fact" about them in front of her.

That's what makes the situation of Master Viper and Elliana very unique contradiction in a world full of anthros, but they're mostly not. As stated in the first page of this arc, that's usually a sign that the creators of Kung Fu Pand and Rivals of Aether view their standard anthros as animals too. This is why there's some debate going between Furries who want to see anthro characters as humas with fur or unique beings that's similar to aliens against Furries who see them as animals whenever the topic does get brought up. But like I also mentioned in the first page of this comic, the creators of these characters have final say on whether or not their characters are animals ala Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers and certain versions of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck or humans with fur ala Micky Mouse and crew.

So it really depends on the person at the end of the day, as for me, I just think it's "weird" to go out with them in their true forms if you're human yourself, but I'm not going to go out of my way to ruin your happiness or imagination of them. Besides I'm kind of hypocritical myself considering Sadith as Kumoko and the situations I want her in or be able "dream up" some things, despite the "running gag" of me constantly rejecting her because of my stance on dating feral characters.
But as I said many times about her, Leader represents the people who go "You must be into animals" accusations that all Furries get just for drawing hot anthros or even beautiful animals. She's just a worst version of these people that she wants you to join her instead of rejecting you, whether she convinces you or not.

But I don't think you should let these accusations stop you from doing from what you want to make or share, just be aware of the time and places for them just like adult art in general and things should be fine. If people have a problem with your work despite your best efforts so the proper people can see them, then that's their fault not yours. Except for when you want to have these kinds of conversations out in the open, like me, even when I'm trying to show that in that Fiction VS Reality discussion, kind of, that you have to face these accusations head on regardless and remember to not lose yourself or be swayed in the wrong way...

Anyway, guess which snake gets to call Leader for not being honest them?
