Did you know a hyena only has two breasts and they're by the crotch? The forward two teats/nips are typically non-functional. I represented this by giving her crotch boobs and only semi-fatty pecs.
Along with a pseudo-penis and pseudo-testicles that are just lumps of fatty flesh that look like a scrotum.
