Sometimes its a struggle to find one good reason to get out of bed – a good motivation to start your day or even continue your day. You wake up, the day is early, and you need to start your day. Your body wants to move, but your brain is telling yourself to remain in bed because there is no goal or reason to get out of bed and start your day. It might take you hours just to find a good reason to live your day, and when you find a reason, most of the day has already gone or fully passed.
