My first order placed! I don't know how to express so much excitement.
Anyway. I was asked to portray a scene where Loona was comforting a child after losing her parents in a fire, luckily for me I had a reference image so I wasn't totally lost. I tried to respect the background and the original character as much as possible, as well as making Loona as close to the series as possible but adding details.
I hope I portrayed well that sense of doubt and sadness in their faces. I wanted the boy to express sadness and confusion for not being able to fully understand the situation due to his young age, while I tried to make Loona feel more frustrated for not knowing how to comfort the boy in this hard situation.
The colors represent the sadness of grief but with the warmth of having someone who cares about you.
