Description
A chart of the different Khajiit breeds, influenced by the two moons of Nurn. In The Elder Scrolls Arena, you are able to play as an Omes Khajiit. In Daggerfall you can play as Omes-Raht. In Morrowind You can play as Suthay-Raht. In Oblivion, Skyrim, and Elder Scrolls online, you can play as Cathay.

MemberIn The Elder Scrolls: Arena the Khajiit were pretty much indistinguishable from Bosmer (and this seems to be intentional and not due to some graphic limitation, since Argonians clearly look reptilian like in the other games). In Daggerfall they look more feline (they have a tail and some fur) but their face is still clearly human-like. In Morrowind they start looking like the Khajiit from later games, but with feline legs: as a result of this, though, Khajiit cannot wear boots since it would have created problems with models. In the other games they have solved this by simply slapping human-like feet on them. So you have four clearly different designs for Khajiit in the games, and in order to make it make sense they had to create this interesting lore about Khajiit having very different looking breeds based on moon phases.

MemberLove the Khajiit art! One thing that bugs me, though—I’m not sure when this was made, but the Pahmar and Pahmar-Rhat are a bit off. It's true they’re tiger-like and larger than a Cathay-Rhat, but they’re bipedal, not quadrupedal.
