Ah summer, a time when people are able to get out more and enjoy the fine weather. Schools were out, people were active, and business was booming for the Rec Center. Located near the American border in the downtown core, it had such a prime location being directly across from the convention center, several hotels, condominiums, and a short hop from Union Station.
