While you don't need to see a lot of cum for it to be cum inflation, you certainly DO need an excessive amount of cum to cause the inflation. I think this is a safe implication along the same lines as the male disembodied penis implication.

While it's not excessive cum for the giver, it is for the reciever. being filled with your body volume or more in cum still seems excessive to me.
