Aliasing cuffs → handcuffs

Reason:

Cuffs are just a slang term for handcuffs.

Due to an older wiki page for cuffs I had the impression that cuffs were a generic term that included handcuffs, ankle cuffs, tail cuffs, etc. However, this isn't the case. It turns out that role actually falls on shackles.

I originally set up the tree like so:

• BDSM
• Bondage gear
• Cuffs
• Shackles
• Handcuffs (implicates shackles)
• Ankle cuffs
• Tail cuff

Based on what I understand now it should actually look like this:

• BDSM
• Bondage gear
• Shackles
• Handcuffs (implicates shackles)
• Ankle cuffs (should implicate shackles) - forum #143495
• Tail cuff (should implicate shackles) - forum #143496

This should make the tail jewelry issue easier. :D

In my experience, they're often pretty easy to tell apart. If it looks metallic or like jewelry then = tail_ring. (though if it looks like a metal cuff because of things like a chain attached or restraint loops on it, etc then I usually go with tagging it tail_cuff instead as the one exception to that.) If it looks like a cuff then = tail_cuff. If it looks fairly nondescript and neither of the above, then = tail_band.

There's also tail_bell for when a bell is attached to the end of someone's tail for some odd reason. And tail_bow for when there's a tied bow on someone's tail for some reason. Which might come in handy since there could easily be a few of those lurking there.

What about shirt cuffs? ...Are they even tagged?

Yeah they are tagged (or should be): shirt_cuffs and shirt_collar for when someone's wearing either just the shirt's cuffs or just the shirt's collar but without the rest of the shirt.

I've made the following changes:

Summary:

• Depreciated the cuffs tag. It was getting a mix of handcuffs, armbands, bracelets, and shirt cuffs, so it will now be disambiguated.
• Bondage-related cuffs now have implications to shackles instead.
• A lot of cleanup from the cuffs tag: shirt_cuffs and bracelet got the bulk of the retagging.
• Reordered the wikis (done)
