The mouth tag. I want to discuss what to do with this tag. Imo, this tag is too vague and unneeded. If you argue that this is a valid tag, then we might as well tag nearly ALL the images with this tag because nearly all the images on e6 has a mouth somewhere on the image.

What do you guys think?

Well... I think it's no different from tags such as nose and arms that have already been aliased to invalid_tag.

And I see no special reason to keep it, when we already have plenty of more specific tags: open_mouth, oral, kissing, etc.

alias it to invalid

I think a lack of mouth might be an ok tag, but mouth itself is silly (and usually assumed :P )

invalid_tag is best option.

I've tried to make an alias but it told me "mouth is already aliased to something". I've checked the wiki and it says nothing about mouth being aliased to anything

No, I've tried it multiple times and it still doesn't work

Check the alias list: there's a suggested alias from you for mouth -> (blank). Seems like glitch. It certainly didn't show up on the forums.

Mouth aliased to "". In other words, you done screwed up when you put the alias in, somehow- be it lag, rapid button clicking, or what.

I deleted the stupid alias before anything can break.

Also in favor of mouth -> damn_this_tag_is_stupid

Yeah, my phone was being stupid. I hid the thread because it wasn't a complete alias

even if you did everything would show up as invalid_tag because tag implications and aliases only go one step, so the only way you could get damn_this_tag_is _stupid is by manually adding invalid_tag

I think he was more trying to say to use "this_tag_is_stupid" instead of invalid_tag. Personally, I'd rather not create a hostile environment for people tagging things with invalid tags by default; Someone adds a tag that gets invalidated because they're new, and they see, "this tag is stupid" replace it. Would you expect them to be calm and collected about it, or feel affronted, or even be driven away from ever posting to the site again? And no, "it's the internet" is not a valid excuse.

I was just saiyan. Also I think I said it wrong lol, implications can make chains, but an implicated tag can't be aliased to another tag.
