Yes, sorry for being unclear. I am suggesting two things:

1) Create an alias harkness_test_(meme) pointing to the tag the_harkness_test_(meme).

2) optionally, swap them so the base tag doesn't have the "the_" prefix. I don't have a preference for which way it goes other than "do it whichever way you think is correct".
