I'm not sure what "a physical harness test" means. The harkness test is a meme for determining when you can have sex with a non-human, it's not a literal test you study for and take at the end of the semester, but rather a set of questions used to come to a conclusion. The "test" can be visualized in many different ways, and it would need to be visualized to be taggable, so I don't see how you could tag one without the other.

Looks to me like one represents a physical paper which is a physical manifestation of the test in a scene, while the other is used for any mention of the test, including speech.

At minimum, this should be an alias, not an implication.
