Their Twitter/X uses Yosukemo as does their Pixiv Stacc, while the display name of both is ใใใ, which transliterates to Yosuke (which I presume is a fairly common Japanese name). I don't know where the 7390 part of the name comes from, so would flipping the alias be better? If not, then it's fine as is.
