Outside of viewing porn, I don't fantasize in much detail if I even fantasize at all. When I do, it's generally human sex, to be clear, though I probably wouldn't even be able to tell you what the other guy looks like or any context. More rarely, I may fantasize about things that are furry in nature, and those might be a bit more detailed (but still not exactly elaborate). You know, I've been wondering the exact same thing. There are a whole lot of things weird about my sexuality (hence why I'm on this site, lol), and I used to think a lack of detail in sexual fantasy was a part of that, but I recently saw a Reddit thread that made me question that: "If you don't have porn, what is your go-to thoughts while you masturbating". The non-joke answers were mostly "my wife", "my girlfriend", "my coworker, etc.", "fantasy" (always with no elaboration on what that means), so I guess the normies at least fantasize about real people (unlike me), but it doesn't sound like they usually have a collection of crazy scenarios in their head. Of course, a random Reddit thread filled with joke answers and vague non-answers might not be a super scientific source.
