The tag alias #78652 comm -> invalid_tag is pending approval.

Reason: The tag comm is a shortening of commission. It's the odd one out since it is not already aliased to invalid_tag like commission and its many variations and typo'd forms are. I don't think aliasing it away would have any negative ramifications as I'm not aware of any characters or taggable things being called comm otherwise. It *may* be used as shorthand for a communicator or intercom in edge cases, but that would already be an ambiguous and poor use, and comms is already aliased.
