Aliasing will make it so we'd "use the same tag when they are not the same person"... So this BUR will do the exact opposite of what your stated reason says...

the Fleetway character is entirely unrelated to the SatAM and Archie incarnation(s). the characters only happen to share a name because the small animal character(/species) Ricky was called "Sally Acorn" in SoA's series bible, which a lot of western meida pulled from prior to the series' localisation getting less... eccentric.
