create alias sam_(abluecheese) (10) -> sam_(kauli) (0)

Reason: Updating the owner's name on behalf of a friend, I'm taking care of it since most of his art was made and uploaded by me

It would be better as an alias.

Updating only moves the posts to the new tag while keeping the old tag intact.
On the other hand, aliasing permanently renames/merges the old tag to the new tag.

There's also enough posts that it'd be fine to edit the tag manually instead of waiting for this to process
