After looking through the furry_problems tag, I've noticed that antler & horn problems are a common subtrope that probably warrant their own tag. However, I think separate tags for "antler problems" and "horn problems" are unnecessary, as the problems depicted are extremely similar (getting caught in clothing or on doorframes/low spaces). Any naming suggestions?

I think the term I've heard is "head ornamentation" although that could also be confused to mean headwear and jewelry meant for the head, probably...

Maybe something like "head_protrusion_problems"? (As well as horns and antlers, that would also cover problems caused by ossicones.)

What's wrong with just calling it horn_problems?
Both antlers and ossicone already imply horn.

Ossicones and antlers are distinct from horns in the biology textbooks, but not on e621. So, unless we decide to change that hierarchy, horn is the catch-all term for horn-like bony appendages fixed to the skull.
