create implication spiked_collar (34963) -> studded_collar (2067)
create implication jewel_collar (83) -> studded_collar (2067)

Reason: Spikes and rhinestones are common types of studs. Plus there's a lot of overlap and it's not always possible to tell if something is a short dull spike or a tall stud.
Not sure why rhinestone_collar isn't used? I've seen a good number of them.

EDIT: Found jewel_collar which is both populated and less specific than rhinestone.
