i uploaded an image of the artist "gaturo" that was deleted due to them having a dnp about explicit images that i didn't know about

since that dnp is no longer in place, it makes the delete reason invalid so would my post be reinstated or does it stay deleted

the artist themselves will need to reverse the takedown i believe

Any posts deleted prior to the artist reversing their DNP/CDNP status stay deleted.
You would need to ask the artist to either personally request for the deleted posts to be restored or obtain permission from them and send that to the admins.
