Is there a way or should there be a way to default mute audio on videos?

There are times where I don’t want audio to Blast as soon as a video starts.

This is a nice feature request

I was somewhat confused, since I remember seeing code that handled that.

It seems like while the player _does_ remember the volume you set it to, it does not remember if you muted the video.
I'll look into changing that. But for the time being, you can just drag the volume slider all the way to the left, and it should stay there even after you reload the page.
