Topic: Anyone else here worried about those new Age Verification laws?

I've done my research on them; They don't protect kids, they invade your privacy, & are horrible for business. In a recent blog from XVideos, they say they'll lose 90% of their userbase when these laws go into effect! As far as I'm aware this applies to mainly the major sites - a list I PRAY e621 & Rule 34 aren't on - & smaller sites can fly under the radar from the rule. They can avoid age verification, & teens will just go to there. And when the law does catch up to these sites, they'll migrate to even shadier parts of the internet for their fix. I hope this all blows over soon, all of this is getting ridiculous...

If you have taken the time to actually look up existing threads on the topic, you'd already know the answer to that question.

And no, there will not be any further discussion on politics, how bad the government is, or how to bypass current laws, all previous threads talking about that get instantly locked.
