Reason: This isn't just for the "fleshlight_gag" tag, but also "cocksleeve_in_mouth" and "donut_mouth". I've noticed that these all tend to follow the similar pattern and theme of some sort of fleshlight-like device placed within the mouth of a character. I did submit this as an alias, but I think this works better as an implication.
