Reason: I am not a piercing expert. To my understanding, a transguiche piercing is a single piercing that crosses the perineum or taint and connects to both the anus and the vulva. If this assumption is mistaken, it at least needs to imply the base piercing tag. Let me know whether this BUR is correct.

German Wikipedia seems to have that 'suitcase piercing', though the english version just doesn't seem to have anything about it. Apparently we have that tag as well, so there's the next problem.
Independent of what we call it, it is a combination of those two so I guess the implication would make sense.

I'm not aware of it being called that anywhere, better to stick to a somewhat (this is a shitty idea irl so it's apparently very rare) established name.
That facial 'bridge' piercing is called that way because the area is on is called 'nasal bridge' not because it bridges the nose.

Yeah, I'm proposing a made-up name because there's no such thing as a transguiche piercing. It's just guiche.
