With the recent UI change I've seen a LOT of people claim you can change the site's UI view using the cogwheel settings, however these promised settings that changes the size and the number of thumbnails pr line don't seem to exist for me?

This is all I see, not counting username, email, and the "About me" settings etc.

Am I just missing something? The settings for the Fit of a picture only really does anything for when I click on a picture.

Honestly that seems weird, to have TWO cogwheels/gears. I figured something related to the UI would be under settings, not a separate mini-setting drop-down that's only viewable when searching for stuff.

Same. Til I read this particular thread I just kept seeing posts directing people towards the cog and I kept going to the one between the profile and theme settings (because that's what'd make most sense for UI settings after all!) wondering what the hell everyone was on about.

Grouping the separate gears and settings into one spot has become useful feedback that Cinder will implement soon^tm
