Reason: the artist goes by a new name that seems to be permanent and it would make it easier to tag

It takes a bit of scrolling on the ghastlybum Twitter/X, but there's also a couple of the artist reposting a couple of posts with their old name: example 1, example 2. (both NSFW). While that's not necessarily full-on proof, there is also this picture by Scared Bum, with a defunct source URL to the dead and deleted Sacred_Bum Twitter, that the artist reposted on their current Twitter/X. I guess that works.

Also, it seems the artist used to be known as grumblefootbum between their Sacred Bun days and today's ghastlybum.
