i know the term, but i feel like this is very true. we should keep the more descriptive tag and alias the slang term to it.

No objections to the original alias or the reversed version.

You could argue that handjob_while_rimming is less specific since it could be a character rimming one person while giving a handjob to a third, different person, but that's not likely to be an issue in practice. The reversed alias also doesn't invoke unsanitary imagery like rusty_trombone or stinkface do, which may gross out users who only like clean rimming.
