Reason: They're the same. beach_umbrella already implies parasol and has more tags.

But you could also make an argument that it should be aliased the other way, since they are meant to shield from the sun instead of rain.

I actually would like if it were reversed. It sets an even clearer divide between the uses of parasol and umbrella
