Topic: [APPROVED] Tag implication: vastatosaurus_rex -> theropod

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

The tag implication #68214 vastatosaurus_rex -> theropod has been approved.

Reason: Yes, it's a fictional species, but it's one of the most clearly theropod-based fictional dinosaurs I've seen, and it's extremely easy to tag it as such via TWYS. Apparently it even is a theropod according to the in-universe lore, which is awfully convenient (supposedly it's a tyrannosaurid, but honestly, I am not confident enough to give fictional species this narrow of an implication)

It also probably should implicate a copyright of some sort, but I have absolutely no idea how the universe they're from is connected to any media at all, so I'll leave that one to be someone else's problem.

create implication vastatosaurus_rex (29) -> king_kong_(2005) (48)
create alias v-rex (0) -> vastatosaurus_rex (29)
create alias v-rex_(artist) (0) -> velocirection (59)

Reason: from what I can tell, V-rexes appear in the '05 King Kong film and adaptations thereof/related spin-off material, and have not made an appearance in any official media since.

the species name is regularly shortened to "V-rex", and vastatosaurus_rex is kind of a long name to remember. most of the time that v-rex has been added to posts (5 out of 6) it was in refrence to this species. however, artist/animator velocirection does also shorten his name to "V-Rex" (which is the sole other time v-rex this tag has been added), I included a v-rex_(artist) alias as well to try to avoid future issues.
