The tag implication #68204 puffy_anus -> plump_anus is pending approval.

This is so that it shares the same descriptive quality as the plump_labia tag, I prefer plump over puffy for the reason came up by this comment in another post I made about the same topic
This other thread also mentions puckered_anus, and this tag seems to be different as this includes non-plump anuses like this

If this doesn't go through then I'd also suggest changing plump_labia to puffy_labia

We have had several users complain that the current name is unappealing. I don't think that it's an urgently needed change, but I agree that it's not ideal and wouldn't object to a rename.

I would suggest using thick_anus as the root term since it is the most neutral in its connotations and already considered an alias. plump still squicks some users out, and it sounds more doughy/fatty than the more generic thick. Same for labia.

This also needs to be an alias and not an implication if you are looking to rename, not add both tags to posts.

I actually already have a related pending alias request here, however I'm not entirely opposed to a name change if it's preferred

Thick_anus sounds like a misnomer since the users are specifically referring to the sphincter
