Just manually fix it. An alias request is not necessary for an artist with only 4 posts.

That’s not really relevant for artist tags. Any name used by an artist may be aliased to the main tag unless it’s an ambiguous term. This prevents the tag becoming fragmented in the future if uploaders start using both variations of the name. Not really likely in this particular case since this artist only has four posts (but may be relevant if they become really popular in the future…), but it’s also not really a good reason to reject the alias. It’s still valid even if it isn’t terribly useful.

I would have argued that the actual alias that should be used is dragonskyller_og since the *_(artist) suffix is redundant, but that is just splitting hairs and telling them to manually fix it seemed like the easier option.
