I'm not sure if I'm asking in the right place, I've never used the forums. I was just wondering what the title says, cause I'll be honest I hate when I share my profile or look at it and see THAT in my uploads. I posted it a real long time ago by now and I've come to hate it lol. I don't want it removed from the site for the sake of others, just removed from my profile. Thanks.

as far as I'm aware there isn't any way to disown a post on your own, if the post is deleted or replaced with a higher quality version, you'll no longer be credited with its upload.

just about the best you can do on your end is upload 8 other things so that it's pushed off the end of the list and dosn't show up on your profile page.

You're limited to uploading more stuff til it's off your profile (if that's good enough) or making a new account... It'll be in your uploads forevermore tho

Well, that really depends on the reason you want to hide the post from your profile.

If you simply do not want to see that image every time you open your profile page, you can consider adding post #1012630 into your blacklist.
In that case, the post will appear as a generic white box with the word "Blacklisted" on it.
Bearing in mind that the blacklist only changes how you can see the post and not how others may still be able to view it when they open your profile.

If you want to no longer be associated with the post as the original uploader, there is no way to hide it except for when it gets replaced (by a better version by somebody else) or deleted (by artist takedown).
Even if you were to upload 8 new posts to remove it from the immediate view of your profile, it will still appear in your Uploads page.
If you are not particularly attached with your current account, I would recommend creating a new alt account and using that instead for your sharing needs.
