Reason: There is a lot of penis on the site, so it follows that there are a lot of typos of it, too. This BUR covers the most frequent typos due to fatfingering adjacent keys on QWERTY or duplicate letters. Most included typos have at least 20 cases in tag history to avoid polluting the penis tag, except for typos with duplicate letters (pennis is already aliased), which have at least 10 each. The duplicate letter versions are still included for full coverage of reasonably possible and unambiguous typos.

The only alias I could see causing any issues is penos due to being a shortened form of jalapenos, but this hasn't seemed to have happened yet. The other terms may have overlap with some medicine names, but those haven't appeared on the site yet and are far less likely to be tagged than the typos.
If one of these later becomes a taggable character or object name, the corresponding alias to penis can simply be removed to make room.
