The tag alias #77268 foot_sniff -> foot_sniffing is pending approval.

Reason: These are identical.

There is also auto_foot_sniff, but I don't know what to do with it. I don't want to make an implication or alias it to a sniffing version since none of the other sniffing tags have an auto/self version.
