I guess? The artist has been off the grid for years. The Wayback Machine doesn't get much. The uro 99 Twitter went offline sometime between 2020 and 2022. It also has a display name of うろ (Romanized as Uro and translates as "Wander"). The Pixiv claimed to belong to both names has been dead since sometime between 2012 and 2017, using the name of うろろーぜ (Romanized as Uro ro ̄ ze which Google Translates says means "Wandering"). The Pawoo comes up blank, and the Wayback Machine doesn't save captures from there.
