create alias common_kestrel (1) -> eurasian_kestrel (1)
create implication eurasian_kestrel (1) -> kestrel (107)
create implication american_kestrel (54) -> kestrel (107)

Reason: I think it's pretty self-explanatory, but both of those are separate valid species that are commonly referred to as kestrels. The term "common kestrel" seems to be used exclusively to refer to the Eurasian species.

They are also visibly different enough (due to the facial patterns on the American species) that they should technically be discernible via TWYS

They could add European_kestrel and Old_World_kestrel to the alias for Eurasian_Kestrel
Whichever name is the more popular one

I'm not too big on adding aliases for every name a taxon goes by until the names are used, really. Or unless the alternative names are often used, but I've never heard anyone call the Eurasian Kestrel anything other than Eurasian or Common, so I'm not too worried.

That's cool, I just took those names from the top of the wikipedia page
I gotta say that Old World Kestrel sounds more majestic
