This alias seems good to me. If the tag is later moved to invalid due to being deemed too niche or nebulous, then a no-space alias would still be helpful. Overall, I think the tag is harmless since it describes a visible aspect of attire that can reasonably be part of a user's fetish and is not overly specific.

I do agree with dba afish that the tag name could be a little unclear to the uninitiated. When I first saw the thread title, I thought there was some unique anatomy that covered the balls, similar to clitoral hoods. I don't think this would cause many issues in practice, though.

Edit: Perhaps ball-shaped_hood would be a better term to alias these into over the long term? That way, a user entering ball and seeing ballhood won't be confused about what it means and need to look it up. Self-explanatory tag names tend to be better for long-term clarity and maintainability. Less clear aliased words still point to the term that they're aliased to when entered in searches and tag lists, giving the user clarifying information without wiki surfing.
