If you want something here, learn to do it yourself. It is not the first time you are uploading here.
Also, we allow MP4 uploads now, so you don't need to do any converting.
You can see how to download from Twitter from our howto:sites and sources page.
Also also, if you had done your due diligence, you can see from the tweet who the artist is and where they post to on their profile bio.
On their FurAffinity, you can find the exact same animation featured and where else you can view it in the description.
And lo and behold, we have one source at FurryNetwork which conveniently is a favourable source and even allows you to easily download the video on the spot.

This, although phrased less condescendingly.

cobalt.tools extracts media from twitter and many more
also, with the old site layout from the OldTwitter extension you can download animations directly

Misleading - we only allow AV1 MP4s, which are quite rare. I've yet to see a Twitter post that gives a AV1 with ytdlp, though I haven't looked at many. I strongly doubt the favorable source is one, though I haven't looked. It will have to be converted, and that's very easy to get wrong.
Yep, I looked and it's an H264 as I expected. Unfortunately, even at FurryNetwork it's terribly compressed (this entire 2:17 animation is just 6.46MB, the compression artifacts are visible on almost every frame even at the original scale), in addition to the low resolution. It would likely be deleted due to compression, unless there's a higher quality source.

There are ways to nudge less experienced users into independence that aren't highly passive aggressive, please keep that in mind. It leaves a very sour taste in their mouths when asking for help (even if the initial ask was for someone else to do it instead) only to get scolded for not already being competent at something they have little to no experience with. Giving them a brief tutorial or tricks of the trade would be more beneficial and breed a better sense of community.

I apologise if my advice came off as condescending and passive-aggressive.
I would give genuine advice on how to upload/convert if people had asked for it, but what I've read here is just lazy dumping of work to others when they could have put a little more effort into learning how to convert video sources, especially when they are not new to uploading (and should be proactive in finding the best sources anyways).
May not have been their intention, but that's how I had read it and subsequently responded to it.
If they want to download from FurryNetwork, it is as simple as clicking the download button.
If they want to download from Twitter, they may use one of the tools already mentioned or follow my steps on topic #45403.
If they want to convert the video to the right format/codex, they may follow the advice on topic #32160 or try using Avidemux.

My bad, I thought it was universal support for MP4. Regardless, the FurryNetwork source should still be superior over the Twitter source, but it would still require converting to the right format or codex (barring issues with compression aside since there does not seem to be any other sources).

Probably because nobody's bothered to upload more of it yet. There's lots of artists out there, so many have been overlooked even in the mere 18 years e621 has been around.
