I will refrain from identifying the artist at this point considering the potential reputational harm a false accusation could do, that being said, I highly suspect an artist that is posting their work on this website is using AI.
The artist posts 1 fully rendered art piece a day on their twitter, not all are submitted to E6 because not all of them are furry. While this is not impossible, it's highly unlikely considering the time it would take a real artist to create these art pieces.
The account was only create in April of 2025, and shows no evidence of WIPs, Sketches, or any other hallmarks of a real artist. Their art directs people to their patreon, which seems to be the primary motive of this scheme, which is to fake real art and profit on those who are incapable of distinguishing the difference. Additionally, their account is following and retweeting several 'art' accounts which admit that their work is either entirely AI Generated, or 'machine assisted'
Their art always has a what seems to be a strange and irregular Half-tone pattern overlay, which ostensibly may be a stylistic choice, one commenter pointed out it may be a mechanism to avoid people seeing the typical artifacts of an AI generated image.
Again, I'd like to clarify none of this is smoking gun proof, but it in my subjective opinion all of these seem awfully suspicious.
I'd like to have a moderator take a look at the issue and come to their own conclusion about it, but how should I go about that? I wouldn't want to use a tool that is inappropriate for this kind of scenario.
